Wellington Round two Tournament was held on the 21st of August. It was a great day and everybody had a fantastic time! We had the largest tournament to date with 138 competitors in all! The energy in the room was electric, the music was pumping loud and there was people practicing everywhere. One of the highlights was the number of Christchurch and Auckland competitors thanks for making to trip to Wellington it was great to have you and it lifted the level of competition.

We had a large amount of first time tournament attendees and some competitors who did an awesome job and had lots of fun. The day was a total success but we could not have done it without the officials they were brilliant constantly moving from one ring to the other because most of them were competing not only in their own division but also the teams.

This tournament has really got us excited about the challenge of the up and coming NZ Nationals. We look forward to having a strong turnout for the nationals. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people that helped make the day such a fantastic success - without all of your help it would not have been possible! See you all at the next Wellington Tournament!
