Swim Squad

Specifics Training Group runs two swim squad sessions. One caters for novice to experienced swimmers of all levels & abilities, while the other is for intermediate to advanced swimmers. It includes an hour of swimming drills to develop your basic skills or refine your technique.

Group Circuit Training

Specifics group circuit training classes are an hour long workout, designed for building core strength and all over body conditioning. They're for all ages and fitness levels. The exercises involve swiss balls, power bags, and resistance bands. There's even a bit of boxing for those that are keen. These classes are a great aerobic and anaerobic workout.

Brick training sessions

Need to add something new and fun to your training sessions? Brick sessions start with a 40min bike into a 5km run-walk, all abilities encouraged to join.

Sports specific training

First time competitor? Semi competitve/recreational? Seasoned athlete? We can help you with sports specific training tailor made to your individual requirements from a 5km fun run to an Ironman event and everything in between. We have coached a number of athletes competing in events such as:

Gut Buster

Do you dare...climb monster sand dunes, have team medicine ball relays, play tug of war and have truck pulling races. Our gut busters have been so successful we're deciding on dates to do it all again. If you or a group of your mates are interested give me a call to book. We're also looking at running corporate gut busters, so if your workmates are a competitive bunch looking for a team outing contact us.
