Shane Tindall - Personal Trainer

My fundamental philosophy around personal training is to work hard towards making a difference in people's lives and to help them achieve their goals and dreams. Some examples include losing weight, taking on a first event, whether a 5km race or an Ironman. To coach them, to train them, to motivate them, to believe in them. These are the fundamental and basic principles to successful personal training.

I have been in the fitness industry for the past 8years. Over the past few years and since participating in competitive events I have been approached by individuals seeking guidance and mentoring. I have strengths and knowledge that have developed into a long term career in personal training.

To become a successful personal trainer I believe one of the most important things is to not only listen to the client but also ‘hear’ what they have to say.

Another vital component to success is to be motivational and have a passion for what I do.

I believe being a personal trainer isn't about selling exercise as much as promoting the actual wider experience.

My core target market includes those who are open minded about their aims and ambitions as well as their ability, those who are keen to train and work towards something they thought was out of their reach.

I have helped people in different codes to achieve their goals.
