I am an endurance cyclist who races distances varying from 200-1200km and I am about to tackle the Race Across America (RAAM).
I started Personal Training sessions with Shane Tindall 2 ½ years ago and over that time frame he has been an integral part of my training, build up and recently support during these events and has been a positive influence in my achievements.
It is the extras that Shane does; how he involves himself in your goals and events that make him a special trainer. Shane was part of my crew when I won the Maxi Enduro, four laps of Lake Taupo and will be involved again this year in my qualifier and build up for the RAAM.
I like Shane’s no mucking around approach to training. He also offers me a wide range of exercises that continually push my limits. Unlike some trainers he is not confined to big gym equipment and working out indoors.
