I have known Shane Tindall for the past 2 ½ years as my personal trainer.
It is with great pleasure that I share my thoughts about his role as a personal trainer.
After having kids I joined Cityfitness, I mainly concentrated on doing the Spin classes, but after a while I felt I needed something different to add to my gym routine, I had never had a personal trainer before and I was really surprised at the workouts that Shane had set for me. We catch up once a week, and no week is ever the same, we can be doing:
Cardio sessions both in and out of the gym. (sometimes at the park) He has a fantastic knowledge of the industry and has shown me exercises and workouts that I had never seen/done before. He is researching all the time to get new ideas so that you get the most out of your session, no session is ever the same.
Shane is always pushing to get the best out of you, he helps you set goals and is very supportive and encouraging in helping you achieve those goals.
Shane is a very professional, friendly and focused trainer, he gives 100% of his time to get the best out of you.
I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.
